Enterprise Risk Manager

The role of Risk Partner is crucial in strengthening enterprise risk management across the institution. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with faculties and central portfolios to support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of strategic, operational, and regulatory risks.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with faculty and central portfolio leaders to identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with the institution's risk management framework and appetite.
- Develop and implement risk management policies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent application across assigned areas.
- Analyse trends and emerging risks, and contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated and proactive risk management approaches.
- Relevant qualification and extensive relevant experience in risk, compliance, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and applying enterprise risk frameworks, policies, and practices in a complex organisation.
- Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and design practical solutions.
