Data Quality Expert

Experian is seeking a Data Quality Expert to join our team. This exciting role centres on delivering high-quality experiences to customers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of our data quality software and solutions.

We empower our clients to provide outstanding consumer experiences across websites, apps, and other channels; to improve deliverability of their goods through eCommerce; to help detect fraud and comply with regulation; and to better understand and communicate with their customers.

  • Job Description:
  • Data Quality Expert will design data quality solutions that leverage Experian's data quality software to meet clients' needs and clearly articulate the solutions' projected ROI/business benefits.
  • The candidate will perform proof of concept or proof of value exercises with clients to help position the value of our solutions.
  • Act as an internal liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure the commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • About You:
  • 8+ years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
  • Excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions, and identify and track business and technical requirements.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (workshop, demonstrations, training).
  • Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications, technology, and security.
