Job Opportunity: Data Quality Expert

We are seeking a skilled data quality expert to support the implementation of our new CRM platform.

  • Support data migration by developing source-to-target mappings, cleansing and de-duplicating datasets, validating data fields and formats, and assisting with test migrations and reconciliation activities.
  • Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with business units, contribute to post-migration quality assurance, and help document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation processes.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleansing records, upholding local data standards, and supporting system updates.
  • Support performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.
Required Skills:
  • A relevant degree or substantial experience in data, systems, or analytics role.
  • Incredible attention to detail, an ability to manage time effectively, and excellent communication skills with people of varying technical literacy.
  • An advanced understanding and ability as an IT user.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong knowledge of data management tools.
