Job Overview

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our data quality initiatives, driving excellence in data management across the organisation.

This pivotal role will oversee the development and maintenance of robust data quality processes, ensuring seamless integration with our data management strategy.

As a seasoned data quality expert, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document comprehensive data quality standards, aligned to our data management vision.
  • Establish and manage data issue management frameworks to address and resolve data quality issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of training guides and documentation for data quality processes and tools.
  • Provide expert training to business units on data quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensure regular review and upkeep of all data quality management policies and artefacts.
  • Drive proactive data quality initiatives across our data assets, spanning the Data Lake/Warehouse and other applications.
  • Partner closely with data leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise data goals.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving change and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision for data quality programs.
  • Relevant certifications such as DCAM or CDMP.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree in Computing or Information Systems.
  • 6+ years of data quality experience within a large professional services organisation.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing data quality procedures using industry-standard platforms.
  • Solid understanding of adjacent data management disciplines.
  • Experience with cloud providers and integrating enterprise application suites.
