Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of business critical systems, including JD Edwards modules.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing general support to users of JD Edwards, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be a proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team, and is self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze and maintain JD Edwards environment
  • Assist with activities such as unlocking batch, menu control and user access
  • Provide level 1-2 JD Edwards support to internal stakeholders
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of tickets
  • Review of JD Edwards reports
