We are seeking an accomplished strategic lead to spearhead the implementation of performance-enhancing initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the team and wider organization in embracing the value of strategic planning and performance enhancement. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making while driving initiatives to elevate planning capabilities.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance their understanding and performance
  • Advise and collaborate with managers to shape and drive the strategic direction, cultural changes, and productivity of the organization
  • Create an environment that promotes and supports innovation and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in corporate strategy or planning
  • Understanding of obligations and experience in preparing associated plans under the Integrated Planning and Reporting framework
  • Experience in performance systems, statistical analysis, business analysis, and performance reporting
  • Ability to influence and effect change within the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate can expect:

  • A 3-month temporary full-time position (35-hour working week)
  • Between $70-$80 per hour plus superannuation
  • Located in North Sydney with the option for flexible work arrangements

Key responsibilities include:

  2. Providing guidance and support to managers on strategic direction and cultural changes
  3. Identifying and addressing areas for improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations
