ABOUT THE ROLE
This Site Manager position requires an experienced leader to oversee a small team and ensure all site activities are carried out efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Supervisor to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead your team on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage materials and equipment to guarantee everything is in place when needed.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to meet project timelines and maintain safety protocols.
- Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications.
- Solve any issues that arise on-site promptly.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working in civil construction, particularly on subdivisions and earthworks projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with your team and site management.
- A thorough understanding of site safety and the ability to enforce it.
