We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to enquiries from students, staff, and the public.
- Support student enrolment processes, working closely with staff and academics to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Assist in course and program support activities and ensure compliance with University deadlines.
- Manage purchasing processes, including reconciling expenses, raising purchase orders, and receipting invoices.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the School, College, and Divisions.
- Treat sensitive matters with discretion and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A resilient and proactive personality.
- The ability to listen with empathy while maintaining clear boundaries.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to juggle competing demands.
