About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace.
- Strive to continually improve experience service performance by collaborating with internal stakeholders for event planning and execution.
- Implement improved initiatives & activations to the guest & work spaces to enhance client service and guest experience.
- Assistance and flexibility with Client events as needed to ensure flawless delivery.
- Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns exceeding Client expectations.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, facility/property management, business operations.
- Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a varied workload.
- Communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and management in person and in writing.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with diverse teams on exciting initiatives and activations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
