Clinical Nurse Educator for Mental Health

Key Responsibilities:- Act as a role model and promote a learning culture that supports innovative practice across the mental health drug and alcohol portfolio.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs to support staff development and patient care.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health drug and alcohol services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved patient outcomes.
- 5 weeks paid annual leave each year.
