About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist with our organisation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to individuals with disabilities and challenges related to learning and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing therapy and support to clients across various domains, including speech, language, voice, multi-modal communication, swallowing, and fluent communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop genuine relationships with clients and colleagues.
