  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues, taking a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy, while enjoying varied caseloads and professional development opportunities.
  • Your clinical practice will be supported by a wider Speech Pathology team, ensuring you have the resources needed to excel in your role.
  • This committed service welcomes experienced Speech Pathologists to join their warm and supportive team, providing clinic-based and community service delivery to children and/or adults with diverse diagnoses.
The Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions, liaising effectively with families and stakeholders.
  • Conduct various speech and language assessments, planning tailored interventions to meet individual client needs.
  • Deliver interventions in client homes and clinics, fostering strong relationships with clients and families.
  • Collaborate with local and wider teams to deliver holistic, multi-disciplinary services that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Develop and lead group programs for parents and support staff as required, providing regular training and tools to achieve therapy goals in home and community settings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, including membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Significant clinical experience working with children and/or adults, demonstrating expertise in speech pathology practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and families to ensure engaging and enjoyable therapy experiences.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
