Document Control Specialist

Transform Australia's energy future by joining a landmark project.
The Snowy 2.0 InitiativeSnowy 2.0 is the nation's largest renewable energy initiative, expanding the iconic Snowy Scheme to deliver reliable power and critical energy storage.
You will be responsible for establishing robust document control systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, correspondence, and documentation are easily accessible.
- Maintain accurate project registers and information systems for contractor submissions, drawings, design variations, and quality inspections.
- Manage control, distribution, and tracking of all project documents and correspondence.
This role requires relocation to Cooma. Relocation assistance is provided to make the move seamless.
Main Responsibilities:Document Control Specialist: Oversee the review process for contractor documents/drawings, ensuring timely feedback from reviewers.
Project Support: Prepare regular project reports and complete administrative tasks as directed by senior management.
Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and training on documentation procedures and standards to team members and other project teams.
Compliance: Monitor compliance with document control requirements, making recommendations for improvements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering trust through consistent high-quality support.
Regularly visit site offices as required.
