Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Infrastructure team, where you will be responsible for delivering strategic advisory and financing services to corporate clients, financial sponsors, and emerging growth companies.
Your key responsibilities will include leading client/project/deal teams, driving work product and transaction processes, executing M&A transactions and equity and debt financing, performing financial, valuation, due diligence, and industry analysis, leading marketing presentations and live deal material, participating in or leading client meetings, generating ideas for new and existing clients across the sector, and training and mentoring junior bankers as they develop core investment banking skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven track record of delivering successful transactions and advisory projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results-oriented collaboration
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure finance, M&A, and capital markets
- Experience working with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and emerging growth companies
