Global Investment Banking Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Infrastructure & Utilities team.
- This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
The Analyst will be responsible for:
- Driving work product and transaction processes as project / deal team lead
- Participating in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactions
- Performing in-depth financial, valuation, product and industry analysis, and due diligence
- Preparing pitch books, client presentations and creating live deal materials
- Building financial / three-statement operating/ leveraged buyout models
- Attending client meetings and building your network and experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Investment banking experience within transport, infrastructure, power or utilities, or M&A
- Outstanding academic achievement
- Modelling experience and detailed market sector knowledge
- Detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- A bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation or consulting experience
- Effective verbal and written communication
