Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Infrastructure Investment Banking team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advising clients on strategic transactions and providing expertise in infrastructure financing.
About the Role
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and industry analysis will be essential in delivering high-quality advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on M&A transactions, equity and debt financing, and other infrastructure-related projects.
- Financial analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential transactions.
- Deal execution: Participate in the execution of transactions, working closely with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to train and mentor junior professionals.
