Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Infrastructure Investment Banking Specialist. This role involves driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for clients, colleagues, communities, and shareholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client relationships to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Execute M&A transactions, equity, and debt financing deals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and industry research.
  • Develop and present marketing materials, including live deal pitches.
  • Mentor and train junior professionals to develop core investment banking skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in infrastructure and M&A is essential.
  • Demonstrate outstanding academic achievements.
  • A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modeling/valuation, or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
