Infrastructure Banking Specialist

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to join our market-leading Infrastructure and Utilities team. The ideal candidate will have a background in investment banking, preferably with expertise in transport, infrastructure, power or utilities, or M&A.
The successful candidate will participate in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactions, perform comprehensive financial, valuation, product and industry analysis, and due diligence.
- Ability to lead project/deal teams, driving work products and transaction processes

The role requires a bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation, or consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for complex projects
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation, or consulting
