Job Summary

This leadership role is responsible for driving team performance to deliver exceptional customer service, meet operational objectives and financial goals, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service within the store and fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Establishing a customer-centric culture within the store.
  • Supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Assisting in developing and motivating store team members to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Performing responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supervising team activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including transaction processing, cash handling procedures, and coaching CSRs on proper transaction conduct.
  • Reviewing and approving checks within limits.
  • Supporting store marketing efforts and resolving customer complaints.
  • Cooperating with the Store Manager in managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
  • Staying updated on current policies, procedures, and changes through regular review of Operations Bulletins, News communications, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
  • Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and inspire excellence in a team.
  • Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, collaborative management experience.
  • English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift up to 15 lbs. with minimal assistance.
  • Capability to work in restrictive spaces and maintain focus in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
