Job Overview:

A seasoned delivery expert is needed to lead the execution of Agile projects across payment-focused development teams. This role combines project management with Agile coaching to drive timely delivery of features, foster cross-functional team alignment, and enhance process efficiency.

About the Opportunity:

  • Take on Scrum Master duties for one or more Agile teams working on payments and merchant onboarding initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and engineering leads to overcome obstacles and maintain a steady delivery pace.
  • Monitor and report on sprint velocity, team KPIs, and release status to stakeholders.
  • C coordinate dependencies and timelines across internal teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience managing projects in the payments or merchant services space is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PMI-ACP certification are desirable.
