The Role

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive renal care to patients across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and delivering dialysis care, including haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
  • Managing acute and chronic renal patients through clinics, ward rounds, and consults
  • Collaborating with nephrology teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for renal care delivery
  • Providing education and training to junior doctors and medical students
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives and participating in regular clinical reviews and audits
  • Contributing to the development of renal service strategy and overseeing its implementation
