Regional Nephrologist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nephrologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a thriving regional health service. As a Consultant Nephrologist, you will provide comprehensive renal care to patients across the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

  • Oversight of haemodialysis units and peritoneal dialysis care
  • Supervision of key procedures such as kidney biopsies and dialysis catheter insertions
  • Collaboration with nephro-surgical and dialysis units

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical governance and leadership skills, with experience in managing acute and chronic renal patients through clinics, ward rounds, and consults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering dialysis care (haemodialysis and peritoneal)
  • Managing acute and chronic renal patients
  • Maintaining policies and procedures for renal care delivery
  • Teaching and mentoring junior doctors and medical students
