Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of our organisation, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, directing inquiries to the appropriate area, and providing operational support to your colleagues.
The successful candidate will have strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in the Microsoft suite and have experience using a customer relationship management system. As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, you will have a professional and friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations.
This is a full-time, ongoing position located at our Osborne Park site, with a competitive salary package on offer. You will also enjoy a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in a busy reception or front of house role, dealing with a wide range of members of the public;
- The ability to maintain a calm and professional approach in challenging situations;
- Experience working with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups;
- Awareness of the Employment Services industry and the ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).
You will also be required to:
- Have intermediate to high-level administrative skills, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.
