About the Role

Silver Chain Group Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Create peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries.
  • Handling Emergency Calls: Action any emergency calls efficiently while remaining calm.
  • Meet KPIs: Adhere to key performance indicators to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Working Arrangements

Full-time and part-time shifts available across multiple shift bands. Part-time roles require a minimum 30-hour commitment per week.

During probation, you will be rostered within our core business hours between 8am and 6pm. Once you successfully complete probation, you will move into your choice of available options:

  1. Full-time Evening: Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am and 10pm.
  2. Part-time Evening: Available to work Monday to Friday between 12pm and 10pm, with a minimum 30-hour commitment per week.

Training and Development

You will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.

At Silver Chain Group Limited, we support hybrid flexible working options. Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role, you will be part of our hybrid work model.

About You

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and lateral thinking.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Possess excellent work ethic and behaviour.
  • Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided).
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly.
