About the Role

The YMCA WA is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Narrogin Regional Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patrons and members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to patrons and members
  • Handle enquiries, sales, and administration tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our centre's programs and services
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • National Police Certificate and Working with Children check
  • Friendly and outgoing personality able to interact with patrons of all ages
  • Ability to utilise own initiative and work independently
  • Flexibility in availability including weekends
