We are seeking a seasoned project leader to manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating all project-related activities, delivering projects on time, within approved scope, and as per requirements.
  • Acting as the single point of contact with departments and stakeholders, ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing Project Execution Plans across project gates, including deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with contracting needs.
  • Managing projects in accordance with standard procedures, including Management of Change, Project Delivery Framework, and Investment Assurance Guidelines.

You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to track progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when required. Strong experience in project management is essential, along with hands-on experience across the mining industry.

This role requires a strong technical background, preferably in Electrical and Instrumentation, and proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. You must also be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline and be committed to health and safety. You will enjoy flexible work arrangements, balancing time between the office and working from home. Occasional travel to mine operations may be required to execute projects and support the team.
