Overview

Aquatec Maxcon since the 1970s has been recognised as a group of passionate professionals who work safely, and responsibly to deliver world class solutions to exciting new projects in the water industry. We can be a single resource for both industrial and municipal clients, reducing the number of interfaces as well as offering practical and cost-effective overall solutions. The Group is able to provide process selection and design, fabrication, mechanical and electrical equipment, installation, commissioning and maintenance services.

About the Role

This is a senior role providing strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team through the full project cycle. The role is charged with the successful delivery of a variety of geographically located projects ensuring that outcomes of Project Managers/Engineers are achieved safely on-time, and within budget. Responsible for evaluating and mitigating project risks.

As the leader of the projects, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, building relationships at all levels with our partners and clients ensuring alignment of expectations and delivering outcomes that exceeded our client's objectives. The role will be ably supported and able to work collaboratively with the technical engineering team on design reviews, contract management and commercial negotiations.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering integrated plants utilising the skills of a multidisciplinary teams. A track record of strong project governance, financial control and risk management and ensuring teams are set up for successful delivery.

A degree in engineering and ideally CPEng, RPEQ CPPD.

Experience in the water industry would be highly regarded.
