We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our Freight Forwarding division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
