Job Title: Case Worker

About the role:
As a Case Worker at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, you will provide case management and community support to parents/carers based on parenting and life skills. You will work in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker to provide a range of interventions that aim to improve outcomes for children and focus on parents/carers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management and community support to parents/carers based on parenting and life skills• Work in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker to provide a range of interventions• Focus on improving outcomes for children and supporting parents/carers
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers• Demonstrated experience and skills in providing parenting support to vulnerable families• Demonstrated case management experience in the context of child and family services• Current NT Drivers Licence
