Senior Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to drive strategic initiatives, oversee major projects, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements in the nuclear energy industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for nuclear initiatives
  • Oversee complex projects and ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards
  • Lead business development, proposal efforts, and project execution focused on geotechnical and environmental consulting, construction quality oversight, and civil infrastructure engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG) licensure in multiple states where the company operates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Project
