Job Opportunity: Project Manager I (Enablement)

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager I (Enablement) to support the activation of IVVC functionality. This role will assist the lead Enablement PM in scheduling, tracking, and reporting program progress, while also facilitating stakeholder updates and team coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IVVC activation efforts, scheduling project milestones and deliverables, preparing and delivering progress reports to key stakeholders, facilitating regular update meetings with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project alignment with goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of project-related experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Must reside within ~30 miles of Charlotte, NC
