Job Title: Federal Program Management Expert

Opportunities abound in this role to foster meaningful connections with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crafting communications strategies for external stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Optimize processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and provide valuable feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Facilitate ongoing engagement activities with customers.
  • Support Customer Relationship Management by delivering exceptional customer support to improve interactions with Department and other agencies.
  • Coordinate with clients to manage data calls and requests for information.
  • Effectively prioritize requests and provide timely, professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of federal government experience
  • Previous experience supporting an IT Program Management Office with focus on Stakeholder Communications and Engagement

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in CBP or DHS
