Our team is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Senior Management Team in delivering projects and contributing to overall business activities.

  • Develop high-level cost estimates to assist clients with project feasibility and budget planning.
  • Measure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
  • Lead single or multiple projects with senior leadership team members.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to both team efforts and individual tasks.
  • Coordinate discipline-specific activities, including project estimating and management plans.
  • Stay informed about our business unit strategies.
  • Manage assigned projects efficiently, ensuring scope and detail align with proposals.
  • Apply standard practices and procedures within our organization.
  • Assist in client briefings and project delivery.
  • Contribute to project reporting and client liaison.
  • Understand and manage critical success factors in discipline-specific activities.
  • Communicate sensitive information tactfully to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date best practice documentation.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage time proactively and demonstrate reliability.
  • Achieve time, cost, and quality targets under direction.
  • Exhibit cost-consciousness in project management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in estimation is highly regarded.
  • Skilled in discipline-specific IT software.
  • Passionate about the role with a desire to grow within the organization.
  • Student membership or professional registration with relevant bodies.
  • High integrity with confidentiality regarding company and client information.
  • Thorough knowledge of our project types.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated with efficient job performance capabilities.
