We're looking for an Estimator to join our roofing team and play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. If you've got a keen eye for detail, a knack for building great relationships, and a passion for getting the numbers right, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Prepare accurate, timely cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Develop professional quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Place and track material orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, pricing databases, and project tracking in our management software.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in estimating (roofing, construction, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with figures.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with project management or estimating software is an advantage.
