The Estimating Director is a senior leadership position that oversees the entire estimating process for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Lead the estimating team to ensure accurate cost estimates are produced in line with project scope, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Cost Intelligence Manager to establish robust methodologies, tools, and procedures for delivering high-quality cost estimates.
- Develop processes for analysing project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labour, material, equipment, and service needs.
- Provide strategic insights into cost estimates to support informed decision-making and effective project delivery.
