Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of training programs across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan, organize, and track training programs to ensure alignment with business needs and industry standards;">
  • Liaise with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Group Training Organisations (GTOs) to coordinate training delivery;">
  • Manage and monitor employee competencies and training records through the TPAS system;">
  • Investigate and leverage training incentives, government funding, and subsidies to support employee development and cost-effective training solutions;">
  • Ensure compliance with contractual training obligations, client requirements, and industry regulations across projects;">
  • Conduct periodic audits of training records and identify gaps to proactively address compliance and upskilling needs;">
  • Provide advice and support to Project Managers regarding employee training and development pathways;">
  • Generate reports on training outcomes, participation rates, and compliance for internal and external stakeholders.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in training coordination or HR administration;">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;">
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;">
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.">
