Job Title: Training & Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training & Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning programs that inspire growth and boost performance.

The role involves collaborating with the HR team to achieve business outcomes through effective employee development. Your primary focus will be on creating blended learning soft skills programs, conducting training needs analyses, and building competency frameworks.

You will also identify suitable candidates for training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and refine programs based on insights. Additionally, you will coach and support leaders to embed learning into everyday practice and promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, peer learning, and cross-functional training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate setting
  • Conducting training needs analyses and building competency frameworks
  • Identifying suitable candidates for training programs
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programs based on insights
  • Coaching and supporting leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
Requirements:
  • Degree and other qualifications in the L&D field
  • 5+ years' experience developing and delivering learning programs
  • Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to link development activities to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and natural influencer
Working Conditions:

This role requires Australian citizenship or permanent residency due to security clearance requirements.
