Drive Student Enrolment Growth

This is a leadership role where you will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed student enrolment targets. The role requires strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, IT, and Account Management teams.

  • Sales Leadership: You will lead, coach, and inspire the Admissions team to achieve high performance and sales pipeline management. Embed strong team rhythms, performance analytics, and transparent communication.
  • Customer Experience & Operational Excellence: Design and optimise the conversion journey to ensure seamless transitions across Marketing and Admissions. Champion a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Strategic Contribution & Organisational Influence: Actively shape organisational strategy and transformation by championing the voice of Admissions in cross-functional leadership forums. Inform enterprise strategy and functional innovation through data-driven insights and forward-looking sales perspectives.
  • Data, Reporting & Decision-Making: Use data insights to inform decision-making, improve conversion outcomes, and drive process optimisation. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting student enrolments and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner-specific requirements in all enrolment and student communication practices.

You will require 10+ years in senior sales leadership, ideally in tech, education, or contact centre environments. Proven success leading distributed, target-driven teams in high-volume settings. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with deep expertise in sales metrics, pipeline optimisation, and conversion strategies.
