Senior Content Producer Role

Join a fast-growing audio entertainment business that creates experiences loved and shared by audiences.

The company owns and operates multiple radio stations, podcasts, and music brands across Australia, reaching a large audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development of new original content, manage a team of podcast producers, and oversee the production of multiple shows.

  • A creative audio content specialist with exceptional people management skills, able to work across multiple projects and timelines.
  • Experience in managing teams, working with talent, and developing compelling ideas for both editorial and commercial content.
  • Strong mentoring skills, ability to lead a team of producers, and provide feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Fine-tuned editorial lens, understanding of legal restrictions around content, and experience making editorial and creative decisions.
