Job Title

Seeking a highly skilled Audio Content Partnerships Manager to join our team. This is a key role within our Creative Services department, responsible for developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with producers, talent, and sales teams to create engaging content across all audio platforms.
  • Develop compelling go-to-market collateral and communicate opportunities to the sales teams in a timely manner.
  • Design bespoke integrated campaigns that utilize all available audio assets to drive premium revenue.
  • Be the specialist on podcast content, providing support and knowledge to the sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Radio/podcast experience is essential.
  • Creativity and ability to come up with ideas that deliver sales solutions.
  • Proven experience negotiating with content creators, sales people, clients, or agencies.
  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pitch and negotiation skills, as well as project management skills.
