The Opportunity

As a Billing Specialist at Worldline, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our merchants related to billing activities and queries. This role reports directly to the Head of Billing, Field and Logistics.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Action and resolve customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to address billing cycles and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify financial mismatches and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality customer outcomes in every interaction.
  • Assist the Head of Billing with reporting requirements and ensure all procedure guides and work instructions are up-to-date.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance the end-to-end process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in projects as required.
  • Train and develop other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in the financial services or payments industry (2 years).
  • Experience with workflow management and phone-based systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
