We are seeking a Merchandise Planner to fill this key role at our company.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for allocating products that are already in Australia, managing the distribution of inventory within the country.

You will work closely with Merchants to identify the most effective product assortment for their category, support supplier collaboration efforts aimed at optimizing in-stock and inventory objectives, and plan and collaborate with key cross-functional partners for trade decisions to drive sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in inventory forecasts in conjunction with Merchants and Suppliers.
    • Work closely with the Merchant to effectively oversee and aid in managing the OTB (Open to Buy) budget.
    • Conduct a weekly/monthly reforecast to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions required to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide timely monthly reporting analyzing sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities/risks.
