Identity Expert

We are seeking an identity professional with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to help our clients stabilise, optimise, and evolve their identity platforms.

About the Role

This is a key role in delivering, supporting, and improving MIM implementations for high-profile enterprise customers. You will engage closely with clients to troubleshoot, optimise and enhance MIM platforms across hybrid identity environments.

  • Provide expert-level support, configuration, and enhancement of MIM solutions
  • Design and implement MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules, and lifecycle policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronisation, flow, and access issues across integrated systems
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise enterprise MIM environments
  • Participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives, or transition strategies involving modern identity platforms
  • Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides, and knowledge transfer artefacts
  • Provide advisory and delivery support across managed services and project-based MIM engagements
  • Contribute to internal knowledge, improvement of delivery standards, and capability uplift
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings.

MIM professionals will work on various identity-related tasks, including:

  • Identity management
  • Access control
  • Azure AD integration
  • Provisioning and deprovisioning users
  • Automated workflows and scripts
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting identity-related issues

The ideal candidate should have experience working with MIM, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
