Job Description:

A seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) is required to support and enhance complex identity environments for enterprise clients.

We are seeking a high-performing candidate who can deliver expert-level support, configuration, and enhancement of MIM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, attribute mapping, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules, and lifecycle policies.

Troubleshooting and resolving identity synchronisation, flow, and access issues across integrated systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, HR platforms, SQL, and other systems.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise enterprise MIM environments.

Providing advisory and delivery support across both managed services and project-based MIM engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of Professional Services and ICT Technology experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Identity.
  • Hands-on experience with MIM Sync rules, workflows, portal configurations, and integration with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, attribute mapping, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Ability to engage with enterprise clients and translate technical concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Scripting (PowerShell), and documentation skills.
