Identity Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and operation of our identity and access solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentication protocols, role-based access control, and least privilege principles.

About the Role:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of digital security systems and processes, including their acquisition, development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Designing and implementing identity platforms.
  • Developing an operating model including policies, processes, and procedures for identity and access.
  • Collaborating on identity strategies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Delivering new features and functionality in line with the Identity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing identity products and services, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Developing and configuring our identity products and solutions.
  • Providing support and subject matter expertise in the delivery of key identity projects; IGA and PAM.
  • Designing and implementing identity processes and workflows in relation to lifecycle management, access management, and Identity governance.
  • Day-to-day identity operations such as user access reviews, orphan account process.
  • Actively working to reduce manual effort driving automation.
  • Apply troubleshooting and analytical techniques to resolve complex challenges.
  • Identity Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years proven hands-on experience delivering and maintaining identity products.
  • Experience and knowledge of single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Security, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, vendor certifications, etc.).
