Technical Support Team Leader

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic technical support team. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive change and growth within the organization.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Motivating and promoting team happiness through ongoing professional development and training. Mentor and coach engineers, identifying learning needs and provide paths for growth.
- Fostering a collaborative, results-driven and supportive team culture while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement mindsets.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT technical support and leadership.
- A customer-centric mindset with ability to handle time-sensitive requests.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of service management and ticketing tools.
