About the Role

We are seeking a mature-minded, driven and honest individual to take on leadership responsibilities and create positive interactions for our guests.

This is a full-time management position that requires you to be involved in team development, inventory control, financial analysis and driving business growth.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and running of this busy venue, reporting directly to senior management.

Key requirements include:

  • Able to confidently lead and develop a team
  • Passion for guest interaction and providing a memorable experience
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, hospitality industry trends
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in office software
  • Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance

Preferred qualifications include RSA/ARCG certification and previous management experience. A genuine passion for the industry is essential.
