Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Noosa Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in welcoming people to our parks, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it

Ingenia Holidays Noosa is set in the relaxed riverside town of Tewantin, just minutes from Noosa's iconic beaches, national park, and vibrant Hastings Street, offering a laid-back Sunshine Coast lifestyle with easy access to surf, nature, and local dining.

This is a casual position with opportunity to pick up additional hours during peak seasons.

In this Role, You'll

  • Roll out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
  • Be a holiday hero by promoting Ingenia Holidays as the go-to getaway spot.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
  • Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

You're Likely a Match If You

  • Are a customer service superstar who loves making people feel welcome.
  • Have some experience in hospitality or tourism (bonus points if you've worked in a holiday park).
  • Are tech-savvy with Microsoft and booking systems (or open to learning).
  • Are a team player with great attention to detail and organisation.
  • Have a current Working With Children Check (or willing to get one).

You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
