Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same?

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our mountain operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at Mt Buller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information about resort services and facilities.
  • Assist with busy lines at lifts and toboggan parks during peak periods.
  • Contribute to a fantastic on-mountain atmosphere and experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Availability to work 1 regular day per week (12 days of service total).
