We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity.

The role is centered around providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone and email.

  • Receiving inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Invoicing as required
  • Scheduling appointments for residential customers
  • Converting inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Liaising with colleagues
  • Meeting call and sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments (essential)
  • Experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
  • Ability to work with multiple database systems and email programs; experience with word processing and spreadsheets desirable
  • Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
  • Proven problem-solving skills
